1. What is your shop name and what do you sell? The name of my shop is BabyCakes. Not just another Cupcake. Homemade Cupcakes.

4. When did you start selling on Etsy? In October of this year.

5. What is your favorite thing about Etsy? The relist button..I love that button. Seriously tho, the customers and all of the wonderful people that I have met.

6. What is your favorite thing about what you sell? My customers. I love interacting with my customers and hearing what they like and want. If not for them I would not be here.

7. What is your favorite item in your own shop and why? Thats a hard one to answer, but with the holidays coming up, I would have to say.I'm really digging the Gingerbread w/Orange Frosting. I love them all but right now that one is my class pet.

8. What teams do you belong to? Cafemom Street Team

9. What is the most fun thing you do to promote your shop? Twitter, I love that place, Its like a party every night. I have met some unbelievable and wonderful people there.

10. What are some of your favorite finds by other sellers on Etsy? Candles, Oh my goodness at some of the candles and also bath and body products.

11. What do you do in your spare time? Spend time with and my kids and family. Looking at different new recipes to try, Reading..I love to read.

12. What blogs do you follow? I really havn't starting doing the blogging yet.

13. Do you have anything else you would like to share? The whole theme throughout this whole article has been my love and appreciation for my friends, family, customers and community. Without any one of these, I wouldn't have gotten the chance to do what I love nor would I be where I am at today.

My Favorite Things... KandyKettleKitchen!

This is something new I'm going to do from time to time when I find a shop or artist that I absolutely adore! Even better yet, anyone who purchases from one of my favorite shops and comments on the blog will be entered into a drawing for a free candle just before Christmas!

I am very excited about my first, "My Favorite Things," article!

I ordered Peanut Butter/Chocolate Fudge in a moment of weakness from a scrumptious shop called KandyKettleKitchen. I wasn't sure what to expect. I have not ordered a lot of food items from Etsy and I pondered how it was even possible to ship fudge but hey...I figured I would wait and see!

My order arrived in good time, via Priority Mail (not "snail mail" :)), in delightful and professional kraft packaging! You can be assured that the fudge is outstanding, the packaging is definitely more than worthy of gift giving this holiday season, and the service you will receive is top notch.

1. What is your shop name and what do you sell? My shop name is Keepingitsimplysweet..but I go by Simply Sweets.

4. When did you start selling on Etsy? I started hanging out around the first of the year but started selling around the middle of April.

5. What is your favorite thing about Etsy? My customers and all of the friends I have made.

6. What is your favorite thing about what you sell? The fact that I can put a smile on someone's face when they try my items for the first time.

7. What is your favorite item in your own shop and why? Oh lord..I can't choose one thing, everything is great...If I wouldn't eat it...I don't sell it.

9. What is the most fun thing you do to promote your shop? Giving out samples when I first opened...that was fun but crazy..lol

10. What are some of your favorite finds by other sellers on Etsy? Again I can't pick any one thing...I love bath and body items, jewelry..all of the tutu's. It would be impossible to pick one or two.

11. What do you do in your spare time? I'm still going thru my mom's recipes looking for new recipes to try.

12. What blogs do you follow? I hate to say it but I have not really had time to do that.

13. Do you have anything else you would like to share? I wanted to say thank you for wanting to feature me on your blog. Its people like you that help get our name out and there is no way to really thank someone for doing that.;D
