It's a Pumpkin Addiction!

One of my worst addictions is Pumpkin fragrances! I have so many I even don't know which ones to choose in the Fall.

Pumpkin Spice - A warm spicy pumpkin-clove type with a cinnamon top note, a fruity vegetal pumpkin middle note and a sweet sugary vanilla base note.


Pumpkin Pie - Fresh baked pumpkin pie baked with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger. This is one of my staples in my living room year-round. It has a touch of caramel that just makes it delectable. It does have a touch of “sweet” so if you don’t like a sweet pumpkin, try Pumpkin Thyme or Pumpkin Souffle which are both fantastic!

Gingerbread Pumpkin - A scrumptious blend of sweet and spicy gingerbread infused with creamy pumpkin!

And....

Butternut Pumpkin - A blend of butternut squash, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, clove and vanilla.

Caramel Pumpkin Bliss - Creamy pumpkin pie infused with creamy caramel to create a sweet fragrance that makes home a place you never want to leave.

Pumpkin Cake - My obsession with Pumpkin continues! Warm pumpkin cake frosted with thick, creamy white buttercream frosting. Definitely one of a kind!

Pumpkin Maple Pecan (NEW!) - Love this addition! This new blend of sweet pumpkin and nutty vanilla is a scrumptious sweet blend that fills the room with mmmmm! It's like being in a candy shop with warm pumpkin pie.

Pumpkin Spice Latte (NEW!) - A rich blend of coffee and pumpkin spices make this a rich delcious aroma great for fall.

Pumpkin Thyme - A Pumpkin custard with notes of Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Clove and Ginger.

Vanilla Hazelnut Pumpkin - This wonderful fragrance takes soothing vanilla and hazelnut and spikes it with scrumptious pumpkin and spices to make a blend that says "you're home."

Vanilla Pumpkin Spice - Vanilla bouquet with buttery nut nuances with spicy pumpkin.

A Heavenly Combination

Sure I LOVE my own candles (*wink*) but I had a combo burning yesterday that was sheer heaven!

On one side of the Living Room, I had Lime Cilantro burning and on the other side I had Violet Lime burning. My home smelled so fresh and clean....it was fantastic! Definitely a recommendation of the "Chef" to grab these two :)

Just had to share...it is that wonderful! Have a great Sunday :)

Fragrance Review: Cozy Home

My first fragrance review is on a fragrance that to many is second to no other - Cozy Home.

Cozy Home is a wonderful intermingling of sweet, crisp apple and sweet kitchen spices. The scent throw in my soy candles is simply amazing, fragrancing at least two rooms in my home. This is not one to buy in small quantities. I highly suggest at least a 16 oz jar if not the 26 oz because you will be very disappointed when the candle is gone. This candle is ivory in color to match any decor.

Keep an eye out for upcoming "you choose the color" listings. You will be able to order your favorite fragrance, regardless of what it is, in holiday colors!

Stop by my shop and sniff around a bit! You may have a hard time leaving :)

Etsy Bloggers Holiday Sale

My Big Shopping Trip

I have been working incredibly hard these days so I decided to make a trip to a show that I have done for the last two years but couldn't afford this year ($265 booth fee and 10% of sales ... youch!). Beneath the Wreath is sponsored by the Grand Rapids Junior League and is a wonderful high end shopping event that is invite only -- in other words, they ask you if you would like to have a booth there.

I visited several favorites as well as some new ones and wanted to show off a couple of my new goodies! I encouraged both artists to join Etsy so if you like their websites, send them a note to give a little more encouragement :)

The very first (okay... after the toffee booth) item that I bought was a handbag. I'm not usually the type to buy handbags but the quality of these and the styles they had available were not only outstanding but styles I hadn't seen before. This wonderful artist, The Poppy Bag Co., has "an original line of custom-designed bags and accessories." The fabrics are beautiful and they have a bag design for everybody...even me! Plus they do handbag parties! Since it is dark and gloomy here in Michigan, my photo quality is not the best but here is the one I purchased. You can see more at http://thepoppybagco.typepad.com/. Then I had to make my annual trip to the Great Lakes Tea & Spice company. They have the most heavenly array of teas, spices, rubs, and gadgets! They have teas ranging from fruity to floral to herbal including black teas, white teas, green teas, and botanical blends. They also carry pure spices, spice blends, and some incredible rubs. My favorite rub, which they were out of already if that tells you anything, is the Teriyaki Ginger Rub. Talk about fabulous! I highly recommend checking out this wonderful vendor from Glen Arbor, Michigan. You can shop online at http://www.glteaandspice.com/. Here are photos of some of my goodies.

What are you working on?

I am very excited about my new gift boxed items. I found these adorable boxes featuring an array of holiday colors. What could be easier for my customers than ordering the item already boxed and shipped right to the recipient?!

I am also anxiously awaiting my Candy Cane fragrance oil so I can do layered Premium 16 oz Jars (Red, White, Red). How fun will those be?

Oh, and I also have new fragrances! I had a customer request for a duplicate of the HB Firewood fragrance and I found it. It actually really smells like a fireplace! Plus I found another one that smells like a campfire - Crackling Campfire. Also added this week is the ever popular duplicate, Apple Jack and Peel!
